Getting Started

What does Revaya do?

Revaya recruits, vets, and manages full time remote professionals in the Philippines for US property management companies. We handle sourcing, screening, HR, payroll, training, and ongoing performance management, so you get a dedicated team member without the overhead of hiring one.

What types of property management companies do you work with?

Single family and scattered site operators, multifamily firms, HOA and community association managers, and short term rental managers. Our clients range from owner operators with a few hundred doors to firms managing thousands of units.

How quickly can we hire someone?

You interview vetted, skill tested candidates within about two weeks. Because they already know your software, most contribute in their first week after starting.

How does the hiring process work?

We start with a short discovery call to scope the role, tools, and success metrics. Then we source and vet candidates (fewer than 2% pass our screening), you interview a shortlist, pick your favorite, and we handle onboarding, payroll, and everything after.

What roles can you staff?

Assistant property managers, leasing assistants, maintenance coordinators, resident services, property accounting, rent collections, renewals specialists, property marketing, plus executive assistants and bookkeepers. If it happens inside your software or on the phone, we can staff it.

Candidates

Are your team members experienced in property management?

Yes. We recruit people with prior property management experience and test them on real PM workflows before you ever see a resume. Fewer than 2% of applicants make it through vetting. You can view some of our candidates here.

Which property management software do they know?

AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, Rent Manager, Propertyware, Rentvine, Entrata, and RealPage, plus HOA platforms like Vantaca and CINC and tools like Tenant Turner, ShowMojo, and zInspector. Candidates are skill tested in your PMS before you interview them.

Do they work U.S. business hours?

Yes. Every placement works your time zone and your schedule, joins your meetings, and answers residents live during your day.

Are they dedicated to our company?

Yes. Your team member works full time, exclusively for you. No shared VAs, no split attention.

Can we interview candidates before hiring?

Yes. You interview a shortlist of vetted candidates and make the final call. Nothing moves forward without your sign off.

What if we don't like the first candidate?

We present additional candidates until you find the right fit, at no extra cost. You only move forward when you're confident.

Management & Support

How does Revaya support our team members after they're hired?

Every team member has a Revaya manager who runs regular check ins, collects daily end of day reports, tracks performance weekly, and handles all HR. They also have direct access to our property management expert on staff, so when they hit something they can't solve, they get an answer from someone who knows PM, not a ticket queue.

Do you provide AppFolio and Yardi training?

Yes. Candidates pass live skill assessments in AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, and other PM platforms before you interview them, then complete structured training on your workflows during onboarding, guided by our in house property management expert. You're not training from scratch.

What happens if an employee isn't performing?

We intervene directly: coaching, a structured improvement plan, and if it doesn't turn around, a replacement. You're never left managing an HR problem alone.

What happens if someone resigns?

We recruit and train a replacement at no additional recruiting cost and manage the transition so your operations don't skip a beat.

How do you keep employees engaged long term?

Consistent management, real career growth, culture alignment, and competitive compensation. Engaged employees stay, and retention is the whole point of the management layer.

Pricing

How much does it cost?

A flat, all inclusive monthly fee per team member, typically $1,200 to $2,400 depending on the role. That covers recruiting, HR, payroll, training, performance management, and security.

Are there recruiting fees?

No. No placement fees, no recruiting fees, no setup fees. Just the flat monthly fee.

Is there a long term contract?

No. No long term contracts and no commitments. We keep clients by performing, not by locking them in.

Can we scale our team up or down?

Yes. Add seats as you grow doors, and adjust down if your needs change. Most clients start with one role and add a second within six months.

What's included in the monthly fee?

Everything: sourcing and vetting, onboarding, HR and payroll, ongoing training, performance management, backup coverage, security controls, and replacement if needed.

Security & Operations

How do you protect sensitive resident and financial information?

NDAs on every placement, least privilege access, two step verification, automatic updates, 24/7 security monitoring, email protection, and dark web checks. Team members only access what their role requires.

Do employees work exclusively for us?

Yes. Full time means full time. Your team member works only for your company.

What equipment do they use?

Secured, monitored workstations that meet our security standards, with two step verification and automatic updates enforced.

How do you monitor attendance and productivity?

Daily check ins, end of day reports, time and activity oversight, and weekly performance tracking against the KPIs set for the role.

Results

How much can we save compared to hiring locally?

Typically 50 to 70 percent per seat. A fully loaded US property management admin runs $3,600 to $4,800 per month; a Revaya team member is $1,200 to $2,400 all inclusive. Most clients save $35,000 to $45,000 per seat per year.

Which companies use Revaya?

More than 200 property management companies across the US, from single family owner operators to multifamily and HOA firms. See our Reviews page for what they say.

What types of tasks are best suited for remote team members?

Anything that happens inside your software or on the phone: maintenance coordination, leasing follow up, resident and owner communications, accounting support, collections, renewals, and reporting.

Which roles should NOT be offshored?

Anything requiring physical presence or licensed judgment: property visits, in person showings and inspections, vendor relationships you want owned locally, licensed activities, payment approvals, and final legal decisions. Your remote team member handles the coordination around all of it.
