How NowThis Media Built a Lasting Team Across Creative, Finance, and Operations

The Challenge

NowThis needed skilled people across several areas of the business, each requiring different expertise. Alongside creative and social media roles, the company needed support with financial and operational responsibilities. They wanted professionals who could become dependable members of the team and contribute to day-to-day work across these functions.

The Solution

Revaya worked with NowThis’s leadership and finance team to fill roles as those needs emerged. Initial engagements gave the client time to evaluate fit and performance, with successful working relationships developing into ongoing support. Over time, NowThis hired through Revaya across three areas: Creative and social: Video Editor and Social Media Managers. Finance and accounting: Accountant, Revenue Accountant / Billing Analyst, Accounts Payable Specialist, and Senior Accounts Payable Accountant. Operations: Revenue Operations Coordinator and Part-Time Operations & Administrative Coordinator. This allowed the relationship to expand across departments while NowThis continued directing each team member’s day-to-day work.

The Results

The expanded team has increased bandwidth and improved work output. The feedback highlights team members’ initiative, dependability, communication, and ownership of their responsibilities. In accounting and operations, team members have supported reconciliations, financial reporting, billing, and administrative coordination. The original Video Editor and two Social Media Managers have remained with NowThis for more than two years, providing continuity as the company has added support across other departments.
