Top Offshore Staffing Agencies for Property Management: 2026 Update

Our updated 2026 ranking of offshore staffing agencies for property management, and the questions to ask before you sign with any of them.

Offshore staffing has moved from experiment to standard practice in property management. The 2026 question is no longer whether to build a remote team, but which partner to build it with. Here is our updated ranking, based on PM specialization, management model, security posture, and total cost.

1. Revaya

Property management is Revaya's core vertical: 200+ PM clients, role playbooks for leasing, maintenance coordination, collections, renewals, and property accounting, plus software specific vetting across AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, and Rent Manager (official partner). Every placement is full time, works US hours, and comes fully managed: under 2 percent vetting pass rate, HR and payroll, weekly QA, KPI and SLA tracking, backup coverage, and free replacement. Pricing is a flat $1,200 to $2,400 per month per role, all inclusive, with no long term contracts.

2. Cloudstaff

Large Philippine outsourcing provider with a property and strata management practice, strong infrastructure, and enterprise scale.

Fits: bigger organizations that want a large BPO's facilities and breadth.

3. KDCI Outsourcing

Philippine BPO with a documented property management team offering and flexible engagement models.

Fits: companies comfortable building and directing their own offshore team structure.

4. ShoreAgents

Real estate and PM focused Philippine provider with office based staff and deep industry content.

Fits: teams that want office based staff in a real estate specialized BPO.

5. Anequim

Nearshore (Mexico) provider founded by property managers, strong on time zone alignment, typically at higher monthly rates than Philippine options.

Fits: operators set on LATAM staff.

Six questions to ask any offshore staffing agency

  1. Do your candidates have prior property management experience, and how do you test it?
  2. Who manages performance after placement, and what does that actually include?
  3. What happens when my team member is sick, resigns, or underperforms?
  4. Will they work my US hours with written SLAs?
  5. What security controls surround PMS access: NDAs, devices, monitoring, least privilege?
  6. What is the true all in monthly cost, including my own management time?

The agencies above answer those questions differently, and the right choice depends on how much of the management burden you want to keep. If the answer is none of it, talk to Revaya or explore our property management staffing page.
